BIG things comes from small and humble beginnings… my small oven for 3 years has grown into a BiG Girl oven. Started his baking journey at 12 in his family’s Attic Inn in Baguio City under his chef mother’s tutelage, Chef Joey Prats became the Philippines’ youngest Executive Pastry Chef at 20 at Hyatt Terraces Baguio. With a commerce degree from Saint Louis University and a pastry arts degree from New York’s Institute of Culinary Education, he’s had a 29-year career across prestigious institutions and companies globally. In 2012, he founded the Joey Prats Group, encompassing a baking school, a line of baking mixes, and a luxury sweets brand.
