Sir Rodney Martinez

Chef Joey Prats

Starting his baking journey at 12 in his family’s Attic Inn in Baguio City under his chef mother’s tutelage, Chef Joey Prats became the Philippines’ youngest Executive Pastry Chef at 20 at Hyatt Terraces Baguio. With a commerce 

degree from Saint Louis University and a pastry arts degree from New York’s Institute of Culinary Education, he’s had a 29-year career across prestigious institutions and companies globally. In 2012, he founded the Joey Prats Group, encompassing a baking school, a line of baking mixes, and a luxury sweets brand.

Chef Jimbo de Panadero

Known as “Jimbo de Panadero” for his exceptional bread-making skills, Chef Jimbo has honed his craft over 30 years with top food brands. Since 1997, he’s been a sought-after baking instructor and consultant, eager to share his expertise with aspiring bakers and entrepreneurs.
