āI made 2, 8×8 Tres Leches by Chef Joey Prats. One for my customer and one for us. My customer love the Classic Tres Leches. Today, I enjoyed a slice of it with strawberry topping. The cake has perfect amount of 3 different milk to soak the chiffon cake. One of my favorite cakes!ā

From the picture alone, you’d know that cake is super fluffy with a very light cream, making it a hit with customers!

āHello my fellow Bailiwickers! I can’t contain my happiness that for the first time I really have to share my creation. I made this perfect Ube Chiffon Cake from Salted Caramel Class of Chef Bam! Delicious cream from Chef Joey for the filling! Maraming salamat po sa very detailed explanation sa classes. It’s not perfect yet especially the letterings and my chrysanthemums… But I believe I’m getting there! Salute to all chefs who shared their knowledge! More power!ā

Sana magustuhan ng pagbibigyan ko. Bday ng isa naming klasmeyt na may disability sa school at nag-volunteer ako ng cakeā¦Thank you for this class Chef Joey and Ms. Grace, hintayin ko ang judgement nila tomorrow.ā

“I made a birthday cake for my mom ….dati nanonood lang ako sa kanya pag nag bake sya ng cakes nagawa ng flowers di pa.uso fondant nun yung flowers na ginagawa nya is handpiped ako taga lagay ng japanese paper sa wires na gagamitin nya….since she passed away sabi ko sayang naman mga gamit nya kaya i started learning to bake …ngayon nagsisisi ako kase sana pala nagpaturo ako sa kanya dati… anyways no worries dahil kay TBA pwedeng pwede na ko matuto ang problema lang alin ang class na pipiliin sa dami ng pagpipilian he he…by the way perfect na pagkaluto ko sa chiffon ni chef joey thanks sa pagsagot sa inquiries ko maaasahan talaga TBA team….“
